Key Responsibilities
- Operations Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure efficient, high-quality radiator manufacturing across all facilities.
- Production Oversight: Lead, coordinate, and optimize production processes to meet delivery timelines, cost targets, and product standards.
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor production, engineering, and quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems, including ISO standards, to maintain product excellence.
- Compliance & Safety: Guarantee compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing operations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Oversee operational KPIs, analyze production data, and provide strategic insights to the executive leadership team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align operational capacity with market demand and innovation goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within radiator production.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards preferred).
- Fluency in English.
- Multinational or cross-cultural work experience is an advantage.
