This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting UiPath-based automation solutions across key business areas including Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, and IT. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to translate process requirements into robust, reusable automations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and resilience.
You will contribute to building a standardised, well-governed RPA capability by applying best practice design principles, supporting DevOps-aligned delivery, and ensuring operational excellence across the automation lifecycle.

What Youll Do
Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automations using attended and unattended robots
Translate process requirements into scalable automation solutions
Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries
Automate processes across ERP systems, web platforms, legacy systems, and file-based workflows
Implement integrations using APIs, orchestrator assets, and secure credentials
Perform testing, support UAT, and manage deployments via UiPath Orchestrator
Monitor robot performance, troubleshoot failures, and resolve incidents
Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise automation opportunities
What You Bring
35 years experience in RPA development or automation-focused IT roles
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
UiPath certification preferred
Strong programming or scripting skills (Python, C#, or VB.NET)
Experience with SQL, system integrations, and process mapping
Knowledge of RPA best practices, testing, and debugging techniques
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team
