Job Summary
Johannesburg – Gauteng – South Africa
- Sell a large portfolio of products to an existing customer base
- Be responsible for taking orders when calling on customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Responsible for individual sales performance, contributing to company performance.
- Growth value of company product portfolio.
- Ensure sales targets are met in line with company strategy and marketing plans within assigned geographical areas.
- To execute, with excellence, the company strategic sales and marketing plan.
- Marketing objectives to be achieved.
- Participate in all internal training programs.
- Participate in training and on boarding of new team members as well as self- development and organizational development.
- Look for new business opportunities.
- Computer skills Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Selling and Negotiating skills.
- Minimum of 2 years sales/industry related work experience.
- Flexible approach to working hours with a willingness and ability to respond to needs outside office hours during the early morning, evenings and weekends.
- Flexible approach to travelling.
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Reside in JHB
- Excellent Communication Skills verbal, written & presentation.
- Excellent People skills
- Time management & organisational skills.
