We are looking for an experienced SAP E-Recruiting Consultant to support our clients in optimizing their recruitment processes using SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP E-Recruiting, particularly within an SAP ECC environment, and a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment workflows.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design recruitment solutions using SAP E-Recruiting.
• Implement, configure, and customize SAP E-Recruiting to align with business objectives.
• Provide functional support and resolve issues related to SAP E-Recruiting operations.
• Ensure smooth integration with other HR systems and business processes.
• Deliver training and documentation for end users and key stakeholders.
• Support system upgrades or transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to recruitment operations.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with SAP E-Recruiting, preferably in an ECC environment.
  • Understanding of recruitment workflows and processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP E-Recruiting.
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SAP HR/HCM or related modules.
  • Familiarity with system upgrades or migrations.
  • Exposure to newer SAP platforms, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
