Job Summary:
As the Secretary/Admin – HR, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the company while also managing key HR functions. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage reception, calls, and mail.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel.
- Prepare documents and presentations.
- Maintain records and filing systems.
Human Resources Support:
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
- Administer benefits programs.
- Support performance management.
- Address employee HR inquiries.
Requirements:
- HR function – must have HR experience
- Compliance
- Full administration skills
- Experience in logistics
- Experience in scheduling travel arrangements and bookings
