Job Summary:

As the Secretary/Admin – HR, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the company while also managing key HR functions. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage reception, calls, and mail.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel.
  • Prepare documents and presentations.
  • Maintain records and filing systems.

Human Resources Support:

  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Administer benefits programs.
  • Support performance management.
  • Address employee HR inquiries.

Requirements:

  • HR function – must have HR experience
  • Compliance
  • Full administration skills
  • Experience in logistics
  • Experience in scheduling travel arrangements and bookings
