Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and implement new systems and changes following coding standards.
- Directly contribute to code production (70%) and mentor junior resources (30%).
- Perform peer reviews, contribute to TDD framework, and participate in automation and performance testing.
- Assist with feature estimation and analyze/document business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to code commit standards and conventions, using tools like GIT.
- Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate to enable an efficient release pipeline.
- Provide high-level and detailed design for solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Engineering.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Salesforce development and systems analysis.
- Strong knowledge of coding standards and principles.
- Experience with TDD frameworks and GIT.
- Excellent mentoring and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ability to ensure technical integrity and quality management.
