About the Role

Hire Resolve, a transformation consultancy, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack C# ASP.NET Developer to drive their mission to digitize business operations for global clients. As a key member of the team, you will work across the full stack to build rapid, affordable, and tactical automation solutions, bridging the gap between legacy systems and modern cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect & Develop: Design and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • System Integration: Create seamless connections between ERPs, web forms, customer portals, and mobile apps to replicate the benefits of a single ecosystem.
  • Platform Innovation: Contribute to the evolution of the Blueport Platform, enabling real-time data collaboration and business intelligence.
  • Agile Prototyping: Rapidly turn requirement gaps into working prototypes, allowing for immediate user feedback and iterative improvement.
  • Leadership: Act as a Lead Engineer on projects, providing technical direction and mentoring associate engineers to ensure high-quality code delivery.

Requirements

  • Backend: Advanced proficiency in C#
  • Frontend: Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js), TypeScript, and CSS
  • Data: Expertise in SQL Server , Entity Framework, and handling real-time data flows
  • DevOps/Cloud: Familiarity with cloud-enabled technology (Azure/AWS) and version control (Git)

Qualifications

  • 5 years of formal software development experience, ideally within a consultancy or high-pressure environment
