About the Role

Youll lead the design and execution of print and digital materials that define the companys visual identity. Working both independently and as part of a tight-knit marketing team, youll deliver across a broad spectrum of creative projectsfrom brochures and reports to digital campaigns and brand collateral. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where quality and brand consistency are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials across digital and print, including brochures, reports, and social content

• Manage end-to-end design projects from ideation through delivery

• Prepare accurate, print-ready files and liaise with printers and external suppliers

• Ensure visual consistency across all brand assets

• Balance multiple design requests while meeting deadlines

• Participate in brainstorming and contribute to creative strategy sessions

What Youll Bring

• 3+ years of professional print design experience

• Strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Excellent layout, typography, and production skills

• Ability to manage projects independently under tight timelines

• Strong communication and time management abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar collaborative design tools

• Animation or basic video editing capabilities

• Familiarity with UX/UI or basic HTML/CSS
