Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end refrigeration projects
• Identify new sales opportunities in retail and commercial markets
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee project resources, timelines, and budgets
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Commission and sign off refrigeration systems
• Ensure project quality and customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement in systems and execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of refrigeration experience
• Refrigeration technical qualification (essential)
• Proven project management skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Technical knowledge and hands-on understanding
• Must be mobile with own transport.
• Willing to travel.
