The Server Systems Administrator manages project tasks planned and agreed upon with the Project Manager, Client and Server Support Team. His/her responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects tasks and administration as per the agreed scope. Adhere to timeliness and change control processes with guidance from Project Manager, System Specialists and Site Supervisors. Regular feedback is required as agreed with the project manager and Site Teams, completing reports and signoffs regarding status of project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. He/She will inform and advise the Project manager of any risks or issues identified Familiar with a variety of the field`s concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate has strong understanding of various technical concepts, practices, and procedures within the Information Management field. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a program/project manager. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Daily collaboration and alignment with the Project Manager and System. Installation, configurations, commissioning and maintaining server hardware and software. Co-ordinate and manage multiple deployments simultaneously across multiple operations. Co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects. Monitor and track progress as per project plan, ensuring that all tasks are delivered on-time as per project schedule. Co-ordinate tasks and agree resource availability and allocation with Site Measure project hardware performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Develop the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Continuously perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish, maintain and manage relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documents. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project and outer year planning. Delegate agreed-upon project tasks based on Site Technician and resources availability and schedules. Use and continually develop skills. Perform other related duties as assigned. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document project deliverables and requirements.
