You’ll earn R8 000 to R12 000 per month , based on your experience, with stable shift work and a chance to grow in a serious security environment. The Company Our Client is an established tactical security and armed response provider focused on rural and semi-rural protection across Pretoria East and surrounding areas. They support local communities and businesses with alarm monitoring, armed response, patrols, and security systems. Their strong local presence and operational approach help clients feel safer, faster. What You’ll Be Doing Monitor alarm activations (commercial and residential) and dispatch Armed Response or technical teams Log all incidents clearly and track response units until each case is closed Communicate by two-way radio and phone with patrol officers, response teams, management, and clients Use your area knowledge (Pretoria East, Boschkop, Rayton, Cullinan) to guide teams to the right locations Monitor CCTV, panic systems, and other security equipment, and report faults to the technical team Write accurate incident reports and shift handover reports Experience & Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) Proven experience as a Control Room Operator / Service Controller / Dispatcher (security industry preferred) Strong dispatch and incident coordination skills Clear communication skills (Afrikaans & English preferred) Strong admin skills, attention to detail, and accurate incident logging CCTV monitoring and panic systems experience is an advantage Computer literate (MS Office) Able to work shifts (day/night/weekends/public holidays) To Apply: WhatsApp your CV to 27 67 435 5782 with reference ” Control Room Operator. ” This exclusive opportunity is managed by The Recruitment Pig on behalf of an established tactical security and armed response provider specialising in rural and semi-rural protection across Pretoria East and surrounding areas.
