About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a Site Agent with expertise in civil engineering to work nationwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing client relationships, and driving projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Co-ordinate and control the activities of site staff and agreed quality standards set out in the contract
Liaise with clients, site staff and manage agreed quantities programmes
Submit monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates
Set and maintain work sequences and construction programmes
Control costs and cash flow management
Set and maintain production targets and operational efficiencies
Drive projects to completion
Effective problem solving
Sub-Contractor management

Requirements

Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma
5-6 years experience in a similar role preferably in the Construction and Civil Engineering Industry
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Leadership and Business acumen qualities
Innovative and profit driven
