About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Solutions Architect to design, shape, and optimize end-to-end business and technology solutions across diverse operational environments. This role requires an individual who can assess existing solution frameworks, identify where legacy or retrofitted designs need improvement, and deliver scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end technology and business solutions aligned to strategic objectives
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies, integration gaps, and redesign opportunities
Translate business requirements into practical, scalable solution architectures
Ensure alignment between solution design, implementation capability, and operational performance
Identify risks, dependencies, constraints, and trade-offs early in the solution lifecycle
Provide governance, standards, and best practices across solution delivery initiatives
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and operational teams to ensure successful implementation
Develop solution models that are context-aware, sustainable, and commercially viable
Support digital transformation, systems integration, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar senior technical role
Strong understanding of business processes, systems integration, and solution design principles
Experience delivering solutions across multiple sectors or operational environments
Demonstrated ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution
Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong governance, documentation, and design assurance capability

Qualifications

Relevant degree or qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
