• Qualified Motor Mechanic (Trade Test essential)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician in a franchised dealership environment
• Strong background in vehicle diagnostics, fault finding, and electrical repairs
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and vehicle software systems
• Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults
• Conduct test drives to verify quality of work completed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer procedures and technologies
• Support and mentor junior technicians when required
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control procedures
