TENDER ADMINISTRATOR needed urgently.Holobye Trading 2 (Pty) Ltd is looking to hire a Tender Administrator urgently. Who will be based at our Mondeor Head Office.We are seeking for 2 X Administrators to start working immediately.Minimum

Requirements:

*Grade 12/Matric*Administration/ Office Admin/ Office Management or Similar Qualification*1-2 Years experience in tendering or relevant work experience.*Ability to work in a team*Proper time management and ability to work under pressure*Able to work and thrive in a high stress and fast paced environment*Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)*Attention to detail*Interpersonal skill RESPONSIBILITIES*Ensure timeous completion and submission of tender documents, RFQ`s and quotations for construction tenders*Ensure that Tender documents are completed and accurate*Maintain accurate records electronic copies of completed documents*Searching for relevant tenders on various platforms*Organise and schedule Meetings*Develop or maintain a filing system and reporting on tender progressInterested candidates should send their CV and Qualifications to *****@*****.co.za or Holobye Trading
