verall experience for Hiring process Sourcing the candidates basis business requirements alignment with line managers to understand business requirements understanding on JD / Line manager alignment and doing advertisements basis JD Capability of working on short timelines to hire candidates good understanding for Managing longlistimng & short listing strong hold on stakeholder management ability to coach candidates basis requirement ability to identify process risk and focus on mitigation plan to close open positions responsible for meeting hiring targets starting from Advertisement till hiring approval from line manager self motivated and pro active to do required follow ups self confidante Propose hiring solutions for new businesses Ensure key targets are met like on-time delivery, Cost per Hire, Replacement cost etc. Promoting low cost channels to deliver maximum requirement like campus, referrals and Direct to talent (Portals; Social Media; Job Fairs; etc.) maintaining quality of hire Check on the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy Ability to Highlight risk accounts on time with appropriate data points Drive team to be compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines Ability to map profiles hired in Genpact to other organizations and quote any challenges/changes needed for hiring those profiles Willing to work on weekend drives if required Manage and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish; Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies; Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate applications; Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist candidates; Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams; Assist in coordinating job offers and onboarding processes for new hires; Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports; Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
