About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Johannesburg, where you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in cost management and construction project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project planning and scheduling
  • Cost estimation
  • Contract administration
  • Procurement
  • Risk management
  • Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders
  • Providing regular progress and financial reports to senior management
  • Advising leadership on procurement strategy, contractual risks, and commercial implications

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline

  • Professional registration or eligibility (e.g., RICS, SACQSP, CIOB) is highly advantageous

About the Role

As a Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor in our organisation, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, managing hiring timelines, and ensuring seamless new-joiner experiences. You will act as a trusted first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
