Reporting directly to the principal, this role calls for the ability to present brief but meaningful reports periodically, showing a good grasp of the numbers involved (actuals vs target), including strategies for closing gaps where these have been identified. THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Conduct thorough financial assessments and analyses to understand client needs. · Develop and present customized financial plans and investment strategies. · Provide ongoing monitoring and review of client financial plans and portfolios. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals. · Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in financial regulations. · Collaborate with team members to enhance client service and support. As an ideal candidate for this role, you are a person with a unique blend of confidence, empathy, resilience and drive. You are goal oriented and motivated from within. Your ability to connect with other individuals and understand their needs comes naturally. Your confidence is grounded in deep belief in the value of your product, while you allow yourself to listen actively and respond meaningfully to your potential clients. OUR REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum – Grade 12 or equivalent. · 2 years industry experience. · RE5 · NQF level 5, with 120 credits or other similar recognized qualifications. · A valid unendorsed drivers license.
