About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Trainer to join our team at Motus Corporation. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact training and coaching interventions that align with regulatory requirements (e.g., FAIS, TCF), enhance product knowledge, and support performance improvement across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product knowledge training and accreditation as per business unit requirements
- Manage soft skills training per business unit
- Deliver ad-hoc training based on business needs
- Update training material to meet the business & regulatory standards
- Provide post-training reports & feedback to business units
- Identify training needs in collaboration with business leads (Unit/on an ongoing basis)
- Coordinate, administration of the E-learning system, and in-person training schedules & logistics
Requirements
- Grade 12 /Matric Qualification in Training and Development NQF 4 or 5 (Advantageous)
- 2 Years experience in short-term insurance coaching/training RE1 & RE5 / FAIS qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Learning and Development
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Passion for Learning and Development
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to work effectively with large datasets
Qualifications
- Matric Qualification in Training and Development NQF 4 or 5 (Advantageous)
