About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock & Admin Clerk to join our team in Boksburg. As the first point of contact for stock-related queries, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily IBTs for all branches and arrange couriers when required
- Handle POs and GRNs for local and foreign stock
- Process credit notes and assist with online order POs
- Update container arrivals and manage stock journals
- Generate reports and maintain filing
- Order stationery and assist with stock checks, supplier quotes, and local orders
- Support stock reporting, monthly stock counts, and resolving stock queries
Requirements
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Valid drivers license with own vehicle
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Energetic, eager to learn, and solutions-driven
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Basic numerical skills
