About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Advisor to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key representative of our institution, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and fostering relationships with scholars and schools. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to prospective students, address their queries, and showcase the benefits of attending our institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Market the Institution to scholars and schools
- Promote the brand
- Answer any questions/queries from scholars interested in attending the institution
- Assist the student advisor with walk-ins and calls
- Create innovative marketing platforms for the brand
- Keep ahead of trends regarding tertiary education
- Attend Corporate visits to promote interest in the brand and recruit students
- Attend career expo’s and conduct career presentations occasionally
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proven experience in marketing or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Strong understanding of tertiary education trends and market dynamics
