What you’ll do Business Development & Client Onboarding (R950 per job onboarded) Bring new employers & jobs onto Crayon and earn R950 per job posted Leverage your network to source clients and expand your recruitment business Offer employers a cutting-edge hiring experience, backed by Crayons AI-powered platform Talent Sourcing & Shortlisting (Crayon Bounties per successful hire) Earn Crayon Bounties when candidates you source or shortlist get hired Fill jobs faster using Crayons tech-driven employer network Earn even if you dont manage the full hiring process Full-Cycle Recruitment & Account Management (30-50% of success fees on Crayon Recruit jobs) Work on Crayon Recruit jobs and own the hiring process from start to finish Earn 30-50% of the success fee, depending on your cumulative billings over time Increase your commission percentage as you place more candidates What you’ll need 3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development An established network of employers, hiring managers, and top talent Proven ability to source new jobs and onboard clients Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement Tech-savviness, comfortable using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and AI-driven hiring solutions High independence & drivethis is for self-starters who want to build their own recruitment business Bonus: Specialization in Finance, Marketing, or Tech recruitment is highly valued!
