Job Description

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and ensure timely collection of all on-site operational data required for monthly reporting and invoicing Receive, verify, and capture daily data from field staff into company systems. Compile, analyse, and distribute accurate monthly reports to clients. Design, implement, and improve data collection templates and reporting systems. Develop and manage monthly service schedules and monitor adherence. Maintain familiarity with all company sites and filtration systems. Oversee online monitoring systems and ensure data accuracy across all sites. Track daily volumes, performance, and water quality metrics for all SLA sites. Coordinate breakdowns and liaise with field teams, procurement, and suppliers. Perform basic plant servicing and minor repairs (training provided). Implement and maintain automated reporting systems for data and invoicing. Minimum Requirements & Skills Technical background (Electrical/Mechanical preferred). Strong computer literacy and ability to integrate IT systems. Excellent command of Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management ability. High level of responsibility and accountability. Willingness to work extended hours when required.
