Desired Experience & Qualification The ideal candidate will have a background in trades such as Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or a similar field, and is looking to transition from a machining/shop environment into sales Trade background (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or similar). Basic PC skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Willingness to travel regularly. Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Duties & Responsibilities Generate and develop leads through proactive, “hunter” sales approach. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify client needs and provide technical solutions. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Travel to client sites as required. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Package & Remuneration R25 000 – R30 000 per month Company phone, Fuel card & Car allowance Additionally, commissions will be between 1% & 1.5% of total sales made

Minimum Requirements: Must have a minimum of 3 5 years experience as a Sales Representative in the Agriculture Industry Diploma | Certification in Agriculture will be advantageous Strong knowledge of Grain Storage | Drying and Conditioning | Handling Equipment | Structures Sales will be essential Valid Driver’s License and Own Transport required Must be willing to travel extensively Salary Structure: Basic Salary negotiable based on experience Commission Car | Fuel | Cell Phone Allowance included Benefits (Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days)
