About the Role

Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking an experienced Tender/Bid Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing the overall bid process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Managing the overall bid process, establishing timelines, and allocating resources effectively
Collaborating with legal and commercial teams to negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements
Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential risks
Leading and developing tender documents, including compiling necessary information
Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and develop proposals
Maintaining accurate records of tender activities and preparing reports on tender outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 4-7 years of leadership experience in Bid/Tender Management
Knowledge of Public Procurement Contracting and Tendering Principles, including PFMA, PPPFA, and BBBEE
At least 5 years relevant enterprise ICT (Servers, Storage, Backup, End user devices) experience
At least 5 years experience in responding to Tenders
At least 5 years experience in Vendor/Supplier collaborations
