Johannesburg: Wellness Centre Manager and Medical Nurse

Role Description A qualified and experienced Registered Nurse responsible for managing daily operations of the wellness centre, providing clinical care, and leading wellness programs. The role also involves team management, compliance with health regulations, and contributing to the holistic wellness of employees. Oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean, well-equipped space, and smooth appointment scheduling. Ensure availability and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment; manage stock replenishment. Monitor adherence to safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Conduct health assessments, screenings, immunizations, and respond to minor medical issues. Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation for all patient interactions. Coordinate patient referrals to doctors and allied health professionals as needed. Managing and overseeing data capture processes. Prepare regular reports on centre activities, clinical outcomes, and program effectiveness. Oversee and manage the centres budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Document and analyze attendance and engagement in wellness activities.
