This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Finance Manager who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment. You will take ownership of the full finance function, ensure strong controls, partner with operational teams, and play a pivotal role in guiding financial strategy within a complex, project-driven and production-focused environment.
You will work closely with senior leadership, influence key decisions, and help steer a business that is essential to food security and agricultural innovation.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Provide strategic insights and financial modelling to support commercial and operational decisions
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and risk management
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies

 
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Qualified CA(SA)  
3+ years within a similar role
Agriculture industry experience beneficial
