Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Perform financial analysis and data analytics to provide business insights
- Prepare management reports and present findings to senior stakeholders
- Support business performance tracking and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, tools, and reporting capabilities
- Support the integration and application of AI tools in financial analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Education: CA(SA)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Experience or strong interest in data analytics and AI applications in finance
- Ability to handle complex financial issues and shift between detail and strategic thinking
- Strong problem-solving skills with a curious and investigative mindset
- High level of integrity and ethical decision-making
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- CA(SA) qualification is required.
