Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Allocate work to technicians according to skillset and availability Monitor workshop loading and manage daily production targets Ensure timely completion of repair and service jobs Communicate job progress and timelines to Service Advisors Coordinate parts availability with the parts department Maintain high standards of quality control and safety Drive efficiency, productivity, and turnaround time
Requirements:
3 years experience in a Workshop Controller / Production Planner role (automotive industry) Strong understanding of workshop processes and technician management Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Experience with dealership systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, etc.) is an advantage
