Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
-
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
-
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.).
-
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize performance.
-
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
-
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and influencers for content creation.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns:
-
Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
-
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
-
Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and lead generation.
-
Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report on campaign performance.
Content Strategy & SEO:
-
Assist in content marketing efforts (blogs, newsletters, email marketing).
-
Optimize content for SEO and organic reach.
-
Work with the marketing team to align digital efforts with overall brand strategy.
Analytics & Reporting:
-
Monitor social media and digital marketing metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions).
-
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot to track performance.
-
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
-
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:
-
2+ years in social media management and digital marketing.
-
Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns.
-
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
-
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Skills:
-
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
-
Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
-
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.

Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to trends.
