A leading global logistics company is expanding its Johannesburg sales team and is seeking a high-performing New Business Sales Executive with a strong hunter mentality. What Youll Do

Drive new business acquisition within the clearing & forwarding space (all modes & commodities).

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM activity.

Conduct prospecting, client visits, presentations, and full cycle sales engagements.

Onboard newly secured clients and ensure smooth handover into operations.

Develop long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers across industries.

Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue and activity KPIs consistently.
What You Need
-
Matric (essential).
-
5+ years new business development experience in clearing & forwarding.
-
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and secure new accounts.
-
Solid understanding of import/export processes across air, sea & road.
-
Own reliable vehicle & valid driver’s licence.
-
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
