About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Kempton Park. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales-related administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Matric or NQF 4 qualification in Logistics (advantageous)
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales administrative function
- Valid driver’s License with own transport
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
