Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets in the Northern Cape region.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, merchandisers, and distributor partners to drive sales performance and meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders in the area.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all operations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational activities for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or management positions in the Beverage Manufacturing Industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
