Job Summary

Experienced Sales Representative in Gauteng: Ideally someone in the Civil & Construction Industry.(Security Systems / fencing)Minimum of 5 years in a sales position in the manufacturing and or building environment.Promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim at maximising sales profits. Acts as the first point of contact with the customer, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service. Be able to lead the estimating team, create accurate cost estimates for various civil projects, and ensure our bids are competitive and profitable. Maintain relationships with existing clients and with potential customers. Communicate and interact at a high level with engineers, project managers, commercial managers and consultants. Create accurate quotations from tenders received.Read technical drawings and engineering and commercial documents in order to prepare estimates. Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions.Proper knowledge of sales techniques and closing of deals.R 15 000 R 20 000 basic + commission.NB: Send detailed CV to: Montana Recruitment
