About the Role
A busy private healthcare facility in Krugersdorp is seeking an experienced Night Manager to coordinate hospital operations after hours, support nursing teams, and ensure patient safety and clinical quality throughout the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hospital operations during night shifts
- Support nursing teams with clinical matters
- Ensure patient safety and maintain high standards of clinical quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field (Masters degree advantageous)
- Current registration as a Professional Nurse (NP or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical setting
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and respond effectively to clinical demands
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
