About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Admitted Attorney to join our team in Roodepoort, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in High Court litigation and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in High Court matters
- Conduct research and drafting of court documents
- Engage with Municipalities and/or Government entities on behalf of clients
- Participate in banking and debt collection litigation as needed
- Provide strong leadership and take initiative in the workplace
Requirements
- Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 2-3 years post-admission experience
- Right of Appearance in the High Court
- Experience working with Municipalities and/or Government entities
- Experience in banking and debt collection litigation (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Formal education/certification as an Attorney
