Full network infrastructure across camps and operational sites
Satellite connectivity & remote network optimisation
Hardware lifecycle management and procurement strategy
POS systems, PMS platforms, and integrated hospitality systems
Cybersecurity and data protection
Guest Wi-Fi experience in a remote environment
Improve system efficiency to reduce downtime costs
Optimise tech spend through strategic planning
Enhance online guest experience pre-, during, and post-stay
Support revenue management and business intelligence systems
Curate an effortless digital journey for guests — from booking to departure

Requirements:
Grade 12
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields.
At least 5–7+ years’ experience in IT-related roles, systems administrator, network engineer, or IT Manager
Hospitality – lodge or reserve experience will be an advantage
Strong hardware troubleshooting and infrastructure experience
Advanced network management skills
Experience in hospitality or multi-site environments (advantageous)
Budget control and cost optimisation mindset
Ability to align IT strategy with profitability goals
Calm, solutions-driven leadership
