About the Role
The Site Supervisor position is a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mining site. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our team and oversee daily activities, with a focus on health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mine resources and teams
- Provide first-line supervision and leadership
- Ensure adherence to JP3 Health and Safety compliance
- Perform duties as required by the employer
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
- Relevant Technical Qualification (e.g., N3N6, Trade Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering)
- Code B Drivers License
- Supervisory/Leadership Training
- Experience in supervision of mine resources, first-line supervision, or team leadership
Qualifications
- Red Seal Electrician certification (if applicable)
