Responsibilities:

Perform general workshop administration, including filing and processing job cards.Assist the Foreman with call volumes, job card queries, and quotations.Create purchase requisitions/orders and update CRM.Extract and process WIP reports; attend WIP meetings.Follow up on supplier invoices and ensure job card accuracy.Capture time-sheets, orders, and MIGO on SAP; handle costing/invoicing.Monitor consumables and manage machine delivery admin.Oversee safety duties, including inspections, policies, accident investigations, and compliance.Provide training, coaching, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.To Apply:Submit your CV and relevant certifications to Career Connect (Pty) Ltd
