Join a manufacturing team as a Continuous Improvement Plant Lead in the Western Cape! In this role, youll be responsible for strategically leading improvement initiatives and plant-based improvement activities. Your expertise in championing Lean Principles will be essential to designing and managing the change management process. Familiarity with Kaizen and Six Sigma is also advantageous. To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering (Industrial), Supply Chain, or Business. Youll need at least 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of transformation and project management, and knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
