About the Role
Uniglo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Sales/Marketing Manager with a strong background in medical and pharmaceutical procurement as well as hospital business development to join a leading private tertiary healthcare provider in Papua New Guinea.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement and supply chain operations for medical and pharmaceutical products
- Ensure efficient inventory management, purchasing, and supplier coordination
- Conduct pricing analysis and vendor negotiations
- Drive sales and marketing activities across hospital services and diagnostic facilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies and growth plans
- Maintain and expand corporate client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities across PNG and Pacific regions
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and online promotions
- Organize hospital presentations, events, expos, and corporate engagements
- Manage website content and social media platforms
- Develop promotional programs and brand positioning initiatives
- Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in hospital/healthcare supply chain and procurement (medical/pharma)
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and business development
- Experience managing corporate client relationships in a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
