About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Telephonic Debtor Tracer to join our team at Express Commercial Investigations, working remotely as a full-time employee. As a key member of our investigative team, you will utilize your exceptional communication skills and investigative expertise to locate debtors, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate and contact debtors through phone calls utilizing investigative tools
- Obtain accurate contact information using various databases and online resources
- Maintain detailed records of communication and collaboration with internal teams
- Ensure timely follow-ups with tracked debtors
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tracing processes
Requirements
- Own computer/laptop with strong internet connection and headset
- Proficiency in telephonic communication, customer engagement, and handling sensitive matters professionally
- Strong investigative and research skills
- Attention to detail, record-keeping, and data entry accuracy
- Understanding of debt collection processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Adaptability to various software and tracing tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in debt collection or investigations would be beneficial
