Reservations and Marketing related work.
Admin related work (capturing expenses and income, assisting with guest check out and check in etc).
Hosting of guests and closing up after shift (rotational basis).
Oversee a Housekeeping team of 3 ladies to ensure we continue to provide the wow guest factor in our rooms.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal qualification will be an advantage
Experience as a Duty Manager with emphasis on Administration / Housekeeping in a luxury lodge / hotel environment
Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge a must
General understanding of business and hospitality a must
Details:
Work cycle 21 days on and 9 days off (this includes annual leave)
Uniform provided
All 3 meals per day during the 21 days on
Accommodation with en-suite bathroom and shower
Gratuities as per company policy
