About the Role
The Recruitment Guy is seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Sales Operations Executive to lead and optimise sales performance, commercial strategy, and operational alignment across our business in Northern KZN. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and aligning sales with operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Align sales with operations to ensure seamless execution of business objectives
- Manage key accounts, retail channels, and distribution networks
- Analyse sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Operate at both strategic and operational levels
Requirements
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or similar
- Min 8+ years FMCG sales experience with exposure to manufacturing / distribution environments
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and profitability
- Advanced analytical and reporting capability (Excel, sales systems, KPI tracking)
