Job Summary
- Architecting and implementing pricing strategies that balance risk, reward, and competitiveness.
- Partnering with Credit, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver insights that fuel smarter decisions.
- Forecasting, modelling, and aligning product profitability across the entire VAF lifecycle.
- Translating complex economics into actionable plans that boost portfolio performance.
- Influencing executive strategy in a space that directly impacts bottom-line growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics (bonus points for a Master’s!).
- 5–10 years’ experience in credit, pricing, or product strategy—ideally within asset-based lending or banking.
- Advanced understanding of secured lending, pricing mechanics, and portfolio analytics.
- Confidence in operational thinking—able to connect strategy to systems and delivery.
- A commercial thinker who can identify value levers and move the needle.
- Natural leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
