About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team in the agriculture sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labour legislation, governance, and other relevant policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies to optimize employee performance and productivity
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Collaborate with production teams to achieve business objectives
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and personnel matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or National Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
• Working experience in the agricultural or production environment is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation, compliance, and governance

Qualifications

• Formal education in Human Resources Management (e.g. BCom, National Diploma)
