Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial control systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider or similar).
– Maintain and upgrade PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation systems to ensure reliable plant operation.
– Prepare, update and test logic diagrams, HMI screens, and control strategies.
– Provide technical support during commissioning, process changes, and shutdowns.
– Troubleshoot automation, control system failures, and instrument issues.
– Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or similar engineering discipline.
Minimum 3–7 years’ experience in PLC programming and industrial automation, preferably in heavy industry or cement/manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems and industrial networks.
Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting large-scale automation systems.
Familiarity with cement plant processes and instrumentation (advantageous).
