We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our team! As a Bartender, you’ll be responsible for serving drinks to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner- Develop knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines to make recommendations to guests- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly- Process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment- Work collaboratively with other bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery- Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking inventory levels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products to continually improve knowledge and skillsRequirements:- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role- Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and drink preparation- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and processing transactions.
