About the Role
We are seeking an all-rounder to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality, where you will be involved in multiple aspects of lodge operations and provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will assist with day-to-day camp management, manage bar service, and support front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Camp Manager with daily lodge operations
- Welcome and host guests, ensuring a memorable lodge experience
- Provide professional bar service and manage beverage preparation
- Support front-of-house service and guest interaction
- Assist with maintaining service standards throughout the lodge
- Ensure bar areas and guest spaces remain clean and organized
- Support stock control and beverage inventory management
- Contribute to a positive guest experience through attentive service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a lodge or hospitality environment
- Strong guest hosting and guest relations skills
- Basic bar knowledge and beverage service experience
- Ability to work independently and assist across multiple operational areas
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
