About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager to join our luxury 5-star safari lodge in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and hands-on hospitality professional with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. They will demonstrate confident leadership, excellent operational oversight, and the ability to inspire a service-driven team across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring seamless delivery of services to guests
- Lead and motivate staff across all departments (FOH, BOH, HR, guest relations)
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective front office and back office management
- Ensure financial, administrative, and stock control processes are efficient and up-to-date
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ senior management experience at a luxury lodge or camp
- Strong leadership, staff training, and guest service delivery skills
- Operational knowledge of all departments (FOH, BOH, HR, guest relations)
- Financial, admin, and stock control experience
- Highly organised, guest-focused, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
